Centrix Bank Participates in $652,000 Loan for NWSNH

Centrix Bank participated in a $652,000 commercial loan to fund a new facility for NeighborWorks® Southern NH located on Elm Street in Manchester.  The Bank committed $326,000 as part of its participation in the loan along with Bank of New Hampshire.  It also made a $25,000 donation to the capital campaign to fund NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire’s new location.

Reilly, President/CEO. “Their sustained growth necessitated the need to move to a new location, so they can continue to assist individuals with accessing quality, affordable housing services.”

NeighborWorks® Southern NH is a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of the lives of individuals and families living in the southern region of the State by providing access to quality housing services, revitalizing neighborhoods, and supporting opportunities for personal empowerment.  The organization has helped thousands of individuals break the cycle of poverty and improve their financial stability through home ownership or quality, affordable rental housing.
