NeighborWorks helps clean up Ash Street in Nashua

More than 20 volunteers worked in the Los Amigos Playground and up and down Ash Street cleaning up trash, weeding and laying mulch. The event also served as a kickoff to summer for neighborhood residents.

“Thanks to all the residents and so many others involved, the event on Ash Street was a huge success. By working with organizations such as Nashua PAL, we can continue to gain momentum in revitalizing the Tree Streets neighborhood.”

The activities on Ash Street included laying mulch, which was provided by the Nashua Parks and Recreation Department. Other activities included the cleanup of the street and the skate park across from the Nashua Police Athletic League headquarters.
