Manchester, NH – HOMEteam has received a $35,000 contribution from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation in support of home ownership educational and coaching services.  The gift will support the seminars and services of HOMEteam, a collaboration between NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire and CATCH Neighborhood Housing Services.

HOMEteam provides New Hampshire residents with the information and tools they need to make good financial decisions related to purchasing, renting, and maintaining a home. Through a series of free workshops, one-on-one counseling, and other resources, HOMEteam helps first time home buyers navigate the mortgage process, renters save for home ownership, and home owners preserve and protect their investment in their home.

“We are very grateful for the ongoing support provided by Bank of America Charitable Foundation,” stated Paul McLaughlin, Manager of HOMEteam. “Their commitment to home ownership education and coaching services has ensured the continued free delivery of our services,” continued McLaughlin.

“Investing in a home can be very stressful for first time buyers,” said Ken Sheldon, Bank of America New Hampshire president. “HOMEteam serves as a valuable, trusted resource to individuals and families looking for help with this important financial decision.”
