On Thursday, September 17, 2015, NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire awarded Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA, its attorneys and staff with this year’s David P. Goodwin Outstanding Neighbor Award. The award was presented by Robert Tourigny, Executive Director of NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire, and Bill Caselden, Principal, Great Bridge Properties, at a reception at the Straw Mansion Apartments, located at 15 Temple Court in Manchester.
“For nearly twenty years, the attorneys and staff at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA have shown exemplary volunteerism, philanthropy, and commitment to our mission,” stated Robert Tourigny. “They have time and again risen to the challenge, filling a myriad of roles for our organization. From service on the Board of Directors and various volunteer assignments, navigating complex tax credit projects, and providing financial and other support, Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys and staff have made a difference in the work this organization does in southern New Hampshire. Their continued commitment is truly outstanding, and is something to be celebrated.”
Named in honor of long-time Manchester resident and Trustee, the David P. Goodwin Outstanding Neighbor Award recognizes an individual or entity who exemplifies a commitment to the availability of quality affordable housing and homeownership opportunities through generosity and service to NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire. Past recipients of the award include: David P. Goodwin (2009); Claira P. Monier (2010); Robert Dastin, Esq. (2011); Raymond Wieczorek (2012); Fred B. Kfoury, Jr. (2013); and Pauline Ikawa (2014).
Guests of the event included Mayor Ted Gatsas, community and business leaders, as well as other partners and supporters of NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire.
